Open Question: Where can I find cheap or rental dresses in Oklahoma City or Tulsa Oklahoma?

I am not really wanting to buy a $400prom dress this year... I've heard of some girls renting them but I can't find anywhere online. I live about an hour from Tulsa & OKC so I don't want to drive up there and not find anything. OR if anyone knows anywhere that I can find cheaper dresses. I am wanting to spend 150-200 dollars.
